Epic Sana Marques Hotel Lisbon

This hotel provided us with a luxurious stay, offering exclusive amenities such as a Spa & Wellness Centre, Indoor swimming pool, and Sauna. the service was exceptional, with staff providing a full body massage and beauty treatments at the treatment room. the restaurant offered a delicious continental breakfast and Special diet menus, and drinks were available at the Rooftop pool and Snack bar. the location was ideal, within walking distance to many sites and restaurants.

Despite this, the Sun terrace and Outdoor swimming pool provided a comfortable space to relax.

The hotel exceeded our expectations during our romantic escape. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a big and cozy bed. We were pleasantly surprised by the location, as it was conveniently close to several metro stations and easily accessible from the airport.

There were a couple of minor issues that slightly affected our experience. we found the walls between the rooms to be quite thin, which meant we could occasionally hear our neighbors watching TV late at night.

We were initially given a room near a construction site, but the hotel staff quickly and efficiently relocated us to a quieter room with a stunning view of the city. The breakfast options were delicious, including homemade pastries and cakes. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation. the stay was enjoyable.

The rooms were very comfortable with great amenities, such as air conditioning and soundproofing. We did experience some noise disturbances during cleaning hours, which affected the quality of rest and sleep in the afternoon and mornings.

We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel! Not only were the staff extremely helpful and friendly, but the hotel facilities were fantastic.
